Middle School 

  • Cross Country- Boys and Girls
    • Start Date: 8/9
    • Practices Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5:30am-6:30am at VPA
  • Football- Boys
    • Start Date: TBA
    • Practices 3 days per week (days TBD) 5:30pm-7:00pm at VPA Field
  • Golf- Coed
    • Start Date: 8/16
    • Practices Monday and Wednesday from 3:30pm-5:00pm at Rolling Hills Golf Course
  • Volleyball- Girls A & B
    • Start Date: 8/11
    • Practices Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 3:30pm-5:00pm at VPA Gym.
    • Open gym Friday 8/11 3:30-5:30
      Tryouts 8/14 & 8/15 3:30-5:30
  • Volleyball Fundamentals- Girls
    • Start Date: 8/11
    • Practices Tuesdays and Fridays 3:30pm-5:00pm at VPA Gym. After 1st match Fridays become optional
    • Open Gym Friday 8/11 3:30-5:30
    • Tryouts 8/14 & 8/15 3:30-5:30

High School

  • Cross Country- Boys & Girls

    • Practices:
      • Monday through Friday at 5:00 – 7:00 PM (Aug. 7th – Sep. 29th)
      • Monday through Friday at 3:30 – 5:30 PM (Oct. 2nd – Nov. 3rd)

Football

  • Practices every day 5:00pm-7:00pm at VPA Field
